Agreement
By using LittleSathi ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. LittleSathi is in early access and is still evolving.
Who Can Use LittleSathi
LittleSathi is intended for use by adult parents and caregivers to track information about their children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information when creating your account and your child's profile
- Keeping your password secure and not sharing your login credentials
- Anything that happens under your account, including data logged by anyone you invite to share access
You may invite a partner or co-caregiver to share access to your child's profile. You are responsible for choosing who you invite.
Caregivers
Parents can give a caregiver, such as a nanny, babysitter, grandparent or daycare, limited access to their child's profile. Caregivers can log activity and see recent entries; they cannot see the full history, growth, reports or appointments, or change who has access. Parents decide how long a caregiver's access lasts and can remove it at any time.
If you invite a caregiver, you are responsible for that choice and for the caregiver's use of the access you give them. If you use LittleSathi as a caregiver, you agree to use it only to record care you provide to that child, and you understand the parents can end your access at any time. Entries you log remain part of the child's history after your access ends.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use LittleSathi for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app's normal operation
- Use the app to store or share information about anyone other than your own child(ren), without that information being directly relevant to your use of the app's intended features
Not Medical Advice
LittleSathi is a personal tracking and organization tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app — including growth percentiles, fever guidance, medicine timing reminders, milestone checklists, allergen tracking, or the Weekly, Monthly and Doctor Reports — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Fever and medicine information in the app is general guidance only; always follow your pediatrician's instructions on whether, how much and how often to give any medicine, and seek urgent care if your child seems seriously unwell. Information you log is provided by you and is not reviewed by medical professionals. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about your child's health or development. Decisions about your child's care should never be based solely on information from this app.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the information you log in LittleSathi (such as feeding records, notes, and milestones). By using the app, you grant LittleSathi a limited license to store, process, and display that information back to you and to caregivers you've invited, solely to provide the app's features.
Price
LittleSathi is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features in the future. If we do, we will tell you in the app before anything is charged, and you will only ever pay for something you choose to buy.
Service Availability
LittleSathi is provided "as is" while it is in early access. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of data loss. As a precaution, we recommend not relying on LittleSathi as the sole record of critical health information — keep important records (such as vaccination history) with your pediatrician as well.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LittleSathi and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, missed appointments, or decisions made based on information logged or generated within the app.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate access to the app at our discretion, particularly if these terms are violated.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as LittleSathi develops, particularly before any public release. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
